Why does the Capturely app have a blank screen?

Quick Fixes For Blank Or Frozen App Screens.

Some corporate Wi-Fi setups block our live stream, causing a blank screen. Try these fixes:

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi and switch to cellular data.

  2. If that doesn’t help, complete this checklist:

    • Close and reopen the Capturely App.
    • Restart your phone.
    • Toggle Wi-Fi off, then on again.
    • Update the Capturely App to the latest version.
    • Update your phone’s operating system.
    • Check and enable Capturely App permissions in Settings.
    • Delete and redownload the Capturely App.
