Why does the Capturely app have a blank screen?
Quick Fixes For Blank Or Frozen App Screens.
Some corporate Wi-Fi setups block our live stream, causing a blank screen. Try these fixes:
- Turn off Wi-Fi and switch to cellular data.
- If that doesn’t help, complete this checklist:
- Close and reopen the Capturely App.
- Restart your phone.
- Toggle Wi-Fi off, then on again.
- Update the Capturely App to the latest version.
- Update your phone’s operating system.
- Check and enable Capturely App permissions in Settings.
- Delete and redownload the Capturely App.
