# What are the types of admins on my account?

## Roles And Responsibilities For Email Delivery, Portal, And Image Approver Admins.

- **Email Delivery Admin:** Receives an email notification whenever a team member’s gallery is delivered.
- **Portal Admin:** Monitors credit usage, session statuses, and gallery deliveries in real time via the Capturely Client Portal.
- **Image Approver Admin (for bespoke scheduling solutions):** Notified when a guest approves their favorite images in the portal. This admin then gives final gallery approval before delivery—both in the portal and through any automated system integration.
