  • Email Delivery Admin: Receives an email notification whenever a team member’s gallery is delivered.
  • Portal Admin: Monitors credit usage, session statuses, and gallery deliveries in real time via the Capturely Client Portal.
  • Image Approver Admin (for bespoke scheduling solutions): Notified when a guest approves their favorite images in the portal. This admin then gives final gallery approval before delivery—both in the portal and through any automated system integration.
