# What to Expect at your Capturely Headshot Session
## Whether you are shooting with us in your office, at an event, on our truck, or in our Noho studio, here is what you can expect
### Before Your Session
- Read our articles on [What to Wear](https://our-blog.capturely.com/knowledge/what-to-wear-to-your-headshot-session?hsLang=en) and [Hair and Makeup](https://our-blog.capturely.com/knowledge/hair-and-makeup-tips-for-your-headshot-session?hsLang=en) Tips.
- Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Arrive hair and makeup ready.
- Your photographer will greet you and lead you to the shooting gallery.
- If you are on the truck, you can expect to see a large mirror inside where you can make any fine-tuning adjustments
- Remember, your session time starts at your scheduled time and ends 5 minutes after that.
### During Your Session
- Your photographer will provide supportive on-camera direction.
- You will be able to see your images in-real time while you are shooting so you can feel confident that we are getting the right shot.
### **After Your Session**
- Within 5-10 days of the shoot, you or the organizer of your shoot will receive a link to your gallery of photos via email where all photos can be downloaded or shared.
- If you or your event's Point of Contact have not received the images within the allotted amount of time, please contact us at photos@capturely.com.
- Be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out. If your company has a strong enough firewall, it can sometimes block our emails from coming through immediately.
