How do I cancel or reschedule my headshot session?

Cancel Or Reschedule Before Or After Your Appointment.

  • Before your session time:
    • Guests: Use the link in your booking confirmation email to cancel or reschedule at no cost.
    • Portal Admins: Log-in to the Capturely Client Portal to cancel or reschedule on behalf of any team member under the action column.
  • After your session time:
    • If your appointment has passed and you have not informed Capturely, the session is considered a no-show. You must rebook via the original process, which uses another session credit.
