If anyone isn’t thrilled with their headshots, we’ll make additional edits or choose three new images from the originals—no charge. If needed, we’ll even reshoot at no extra cost.

Do you offer retouching?

Yes. Beyond our standard edit of your top three shots, we’ll perform extra retouching on request. Just let us know which images—and we’ll deliver a refreshed gallery quickly.

Do you offer reshoots?

Absolutely. Under our Happiness Guarantee, a guest's original session can be credited back to your account. Simply contact your account manager with the guest’s name, and they’ll reset the session's status so the guest can reschedule with the original process at no additional fee.
